Description

An attempt to add a new phrase to the speech file system failed. This could have affected administrative commands or the coding of speech spoken by a caller. Additional similar attempts will also fail.

Repair procedure

To correct the problem:

1. Enter vdf to determine the amount of space available in the speech file system.
2. Write down the number of free blocks available.
3. Stop the voice system.
4. Start the voice system.
5. Enter vdf again to determine the space available in the speech file system after stopping and starting the voice system.
6. If more space is not available, take one of these actions:
   • Increase the size of the speech file system.
   • Add a new speech file system.
   • Remove existing phrases from the system.
