Report voice system status screen
This screen displays the status of the voice system. It includes the following information:
- Voice system up or down � Whether the voice system is operating or turned off
- Number of purchased voice ports � The number of voice ports you can use
- Number of voice ports in service � The number of voice ports currently enabled
