Installing and configuring the PDS Integration software

To enable the PDS Integration feature, you must install and configure software components on both the Predictive Dialing System (PDS) and the Avaya IR system.

Note:
PDS is also known simply as the Dialer.

The steps for setting up the Dialer and the Avaya IR systems are:

1. Installing the integration software on the Dialer
2. Configuring the integration software on the Dialer
3. Installing the integration software on the Avaya IR
4. Configuring the integration software on the Avaya IR
