Call Traffic Report screen

Use this screen to set up and display a Call Traffic Report.

Field descriptions

Description

Hours

The hours for which you want report information.

Values: The valid range is 0-23, with 0 representing midnight and 23 representing 11 p.m. Use all for no limit.

If you enter a range between 9 and 16, the system displays call data for calls made between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. For the default, all, the system displays call data for the entire 24-hour period.

Summarize

The option to use a summary or include all data in the report.

Values: yes, no

For the default, No, the system displays the Traffic Report instead of the Traffic Summary Report. The two reports are described below:

  • The Traffic Summary report provides information on the total traffic volume for each channel for the range of hours specified
  • The Traffic Report provides traffic volume for each channel in one hour increments, starting and ending with the hours specified

Date

The date to which you want to limit the report information.

Values: Use the format of mm/dd/yyyy for month, day, and year.
