The following database systems can be used with Avaya IR and accessed through the JDBC integration feature:
If you are using Sybase, Informix, or DB2, you must download and install the JDBC drivers for those database systems. For more information, see Installing JDBC drivers. The drivers for Oracle and SQL server are installed as part of the base Avaya IR packages.
