Changing the default voice for TTS

To change the default voice for TTS:

1. From web administration, go to the Speech Proxy Administration screen (Feature Packages > Speech Administration > Administration).
2. Select Text-to-Speech Configuration.

   The system displays the Text-to-Speech Configuration screen. For information about this screen, see Text-to-Speech Configuration screen.

3. Select Change.
4. In the Default Voice field, type the name of a voice that is available on the TTS engine server.
5. Select Submit.

   The system displays information about the success or failure of the administration attempt.

Administration changes do not take effect until you stop and start the voice system.
