Signaling group configuration for the H.232 trunk on the Avaya IR system is shown in the screen segment that follows.
In this example, the call load to the applications assigned to the signaling groups varies. The first signaling group is used for special orders, and does not receive many calls. The second signaling group is used for questions about returns, and receives more calls. The third signaling group is used for orders, and receives the most calls.
