Use the sysmon command to observe voice response operations as they occur. You see calls coming in, digits entered by callers, and line conditions, such as off-hook.
Note:
Monitoring live operations places a heavy demand on system resources. Using the sysmon command at times of heavy system activity may result in overload and interference with call processing.
