Configuring the Auto Attendant Main Menu prompt

To configure the Auto Attendant Main Menu prompt

  1. Start the Voice Mail System Configuration application from the Avaya Unified Messenger folder.
  2. In the Voice Mail System Configuration window, choose the Voice Mail Domain.
  3. Choose Auto Attendant.
  4. Select the Attendant Main Menu Editor property page,
  5. Enter the prompt number in the Auto Attendant Main Menu Prompt field.
  6. Click OK.
Note: If you configured multiple languages, you cannot enter the Auto Attendant Main Menu Prompt. Instead you must configure the Main Menu Prompt for each language, in the Language/Key Association page.
