Configuring morning, afternoon, evening and closed prompts

To configure morning, afternoon, evening and closed prompts

  1. Start the Voice Mail System Configuration application from the Avaya Unified Messenger folder.
  2. In the Voice Mail System Configuration window, choose the Voice Mail Domain.
  3. Choose Auto Attendant.
  4. Select the Time of Day property page.
  5. Enter the prompt numbers in the relevant fields.
  6. Click OK.
