Configuring the custom language selection greeting

To configure the custom language selection greeting

  1. Start the Voice Mail System Configuration application from the Avaya Unified Messenger folder.
  2. In the Voice Mail System Configuration window, choose the Voice Mail Domain.
  3. Choose Auto Attendant.
  4. Select the Language/Key Association property page.
  5. Enter the appropriate prompt number in the Custom Language Selection Greeting field.
  6. Click OK.
