Holiday prompts

You can configure up to 18 holiday prompts for a voice mail domain. Holiday prompts are played to callers on days specified as holidays. For example, “Seasons Greetings from Avaya. Our offices will reopen on Monday. Please leave a message at the tone and we’ll be sure to return your call then.” If no holiday prompts are configured, the system treats all days as the same.
