Assigning a Transfer action

The Transfer action transfers a caller to either the operator, a mailbox or an extension number.

To assign a Transfer action

  1. Display the General property page.
  2. Under Action type, select Transfer.
  3. Select one of the following:
    • Operator.  Transfers the caller to the operator. You configure the operator number in the Application property page of the caller application.
    • Mailbox.  Transfers the caller to a specified mailbox number. You must enter the mailbox number in the adjacent field.
    • Extension.  Transfers the caller to a specified extension number. You must enter the extension number in the adjacent field.
  4. Click OK or Apply.
