Assigning a Termination action

The Termination action lets the caller leave a message.

To assign a Termination action

  1. Display the General property page.
  2. Under Action type, select Termination.
  3. Select one of the following:
    • Disconnect.  Disconnects the caller from the system.
    • Automated attendant.  Routes the caller to the Automated Attendant.
    • Logon to mailbox.  Routes the caller to the Automated Attendant, which behaves as if the caller has pressed [#] by prompting for the mailbox number.
  4. Click OK or Apply.
