- Click on the Caller Apps node
- From the Action menu, select Properties.
The General property page is displayed.
- Under Media Setup, select Telephone or Multimedia.
- If you selected telephone, click Configure to set up telephone properties:
- Enter the number of the extension that will be used for recording and playing prompts.
- Enter the name of a MAS in the voice mail domain.
- Click OK.
- Select the appropriate digital telephony type for your region. If you are in a country that uses a digital telephone network other than that used in the United States or Japan, select International regions including Europe.
- Select Display properties when creating new application nodes to automatically display property pages when you create a new application node.
- Select Allow Language Selection to enable users to select the language for a caller application or add another language to the caller application.
- Click OK.
