Opening a caller application

  1. In the console tree, click on Avaya Modular Messaging Caller Apps.
  2. From the Action menu, select Open Application.
  3. In the Open dialog box, locate the caller application that you want to open. Caller applications end in .UMA.
  4. Click OK to open the application.
