Specifying options for report generation

You can specify whether you want a generated report to be displayed on the screen, sent to a printer, or both.

This section also describes how to cancel report generation, should this be necessary.

To specify options for report generation

  1. From the File menu, choose Options.
  2. The Options dialog box is displayed.

  3. Do one of the following:
    • If you want to display the generated report on screen, select Displayed on screen.
    • If you want to send the generated report to a printer, select Printed. The standard Windows Print dialog box is displayed each time a report starts to generate, allowing you to select the print settings.
  4. Click OK to save the option settings.
