Generating a System Usage report

The System Usage report records call and messaging statistics for the voice mail domain. You specify the time period for which you want to generate this information. Use this report to help monitor usage of the system.

To generate a System Usage report

  1. From the Reports menu, choose System Usage.
  2. The System Usage dialog box is displayed.

  3. Enter the first date for which report information is to be generated in the From, Date field. This field defaults to the To, Date value of the previous report run. Use the pull-down calendar for easy selection.
  4. Enter the first time for which report information is to be generated in the From, Time field. This field defaults to the To, Time value of the previous report run.
  5. Enter the last date for which report information is to be generated in the To, Date field. Use the pull-down calendar for easy selection.
  6. Enter the last time for which report information is to be generated in the To, Time field.
  7. Click OK to generate the report.
Note: Generating another report closes the currently displayed report. If you want to save the report, see Zooming in on reports.

Note: If you are using a nonintegrated MAS, you do not receive information on the calling party.

Note: Some PBX integration devices do not provide sufficiently detailed reason codes. If this is the case, the System Usage Report may not show the number expected in Due to Busy and Due to RNA.
