Displaying or changing session properties

You can view a session’s properties or change them, for example, if you want to populate the session with a different set of events.

To display or change session properties

  1. From the File menu, choose Session Properties, or click the Properties button on the toolbar.
  2. The Session Properties dialog box is displayed.

  3. Do one of the following:
    • If you want to view the session properties, click Cancel when you are finished viewing the properties in the Session Properties dialog box.
    • If you want to change the session properties, continue with Steps 3 and 4.
  4. Make your changes in the Session Properties dialog box. If you need more information, click Help in the Session Properties dialog box.
  5. Click OK.
  6. The current session is repopulated with events matching the new session properties.

To change session selection activities

You can change session selection activities using the Selection menu commands rather than having to display the Session Properties dialog box.

Retrieve events generated by...
From the Selection menu, choose...
All voice mail system activities
All Activities.
Mailbox activity
Mailbox Activity. You can enter a range of mailbox numbers in the Values dialog box.
Port activity
Port Activity. You can enter a range of port numbers in the Values dialog box.
PBX Integration activity
PBX Integration Activity.

New events are then retrieved for the newly selected selection activities or values.
