Enabling operation history collection

Before you can view operation history events, operation history collection must be enabled for the voice mail domain.

To enable operation history collection

  1. Start the Voice Mail System Configuration application.
  2. Choose the Voice Mail Domain.
  3. Choose Tracing System.
  4. Select the Operation History Collection property page.
  5. Select Enable Operation History Collection.
