Attendant Main Menu Editor properties - auto attendant

Use the Attendant Main Menu Editor property page to configure the automated attendant main menu for a voice mail domain. The automated attendant main menu helps callers find their way around the telephone user interface by prompting them on how to proceed. For example:

“For sales, press [1], for technical support, press [2], for accounting, press [3].”

Important!   Make sure you have recorded the Auto Attendant Main Menu prompt and made a note of the prompt number. For information on recording the Auto Attendant Main Menu prompt, see Custom Prompts.

To display the Attendant Main Menu Editor property page

  1. In the Voice Mail System Configuration window, choose the voice mail domain.
  2. Choose Auto Attendant.
  3. Select the Attendant Main Menu Editor property page.
