Language/Key Association properties - auto attendant

Use the Language/Key Association property page to assign keypad digits to each language supported by the telephone user interface. When configured, callers hear the following default prompt:

"For <language 1> press [1], for <language2> press [2]...".

They can then select the language they require by pressing the appropriate key on their telephone keypad.

Note: You can record the Main Menu Greeting for each required language. For information on recording customized prompts, see Custom Prompts.

To display the Language/Key Association property page

  1. In the Voice Mail System Configuration window, choose the voice mail domain.
  2. Choose Auto Attendant.
  3. Select the Language/Key Association property page.

To configure the Language/Key Association properties

You can assign a keypad digit and automated attendant main menu greeting to each language supported by the telephone user interface.
