Configuring Call Me |
Use the Call Me property page to configure Call Me for a voice mail domain.
Call Me allows subscribers to be called at a designated number each time they receive a message that meets certain criteria. The subscriber is then invited to log onto the TUI in order to review the message.
Note: You enable Call Me for individual mailboxes using your subscriber administration tool. |
Complete the following fields on the Call Me properties page:
Note: The Call Me configuration fields appear only when Call Me is enabled. |
For information on configuring port groups for Call Me, see Usage properties - port groups.
To enable a subscriber to use Call Me you must select the Call Me option for the subscriber’s mailbox in the subscriber administration tool.
Subscribers set up their own rules for using Call Me in Subscriber Options by specifying values in the following rule description:
When [schedule] is active, if [message type] with [importance], from [sender] have arrived, call phone numbers in [phone list] within [minutes] and then every [interval].
Subscribers can set up multiple Call Me rules, and can have more than one rule active at any time. For example they may want to be notified at 10 minute intervals if voice messages have arrived, and at 20 minute intervals if e-mail messages have arrived during the same schedule.
