Configuring general PBX integration properties (MAS Admin)

Use the PBX Integration General property page to select the type of PBX integration for a MAS. The integration type determines how the PBX provides the MAS with additional information about incoming calls.

Integration Type: None. Select if the PBX does not support integration. None is the default.

Integration Type: Serial. Select to specify serial integration. The MAS receives incoming call information via a serial link. Use the Serial General property page to configure the PBX integration.

Integration Type: Inband. Select to specify inband integration. The MAS receives incoming call information in the form of DTMF digits. Use the Inband property page to configure the PBX integration.

Integration Type: Remote. Select to specify remote PBX integration. The MAS receives incoming call information via another serial integration server. Use the Remote property page to configure the PBX integration.

Integration Type: QSIG. Select to specify QSIG integration. The MAS receives incoming call information via QSIG.

Integration Type: Set Emulation. Select to specify Set Emulation integration.

Integration Type: CLAN. Select to specify CLAN integration.

Max time to Wait for Serial and Remote Integration Data (sec). Enter the maximum number of time, in seconds, that an incoming call waits to receive integration information before going off-hook. This field is available with remote and serial integrations only. The default is 18.
