Defining Custom Application Names

Custom application names can be defined to identify traffic associated with any combination of IP address and port number - any set of traffic that can be identified with an ACL.

To define a custom application name, start by defining one or more ACL to identify the traffic of interest. Once the (set of) ACLs have been defined, a custom application can be defined within module efc. Note that the custom application must have a name that starts with an UPPERCASE letter.
