To renew SSL certificates on a module that is already configured, first export the existing certificates to a remote location with the ssl export command, then delete them from the module with the ssl delete command.
Add your new certificates as described in SSL Certificate/Key Files, then restart the SSL server on the module, with the ip http server ssl on command. You do not have to stop the server if is already running.
