Health checks--periodic contacts directed at your USTATs to confirm their availability--add measurements that are not generally relevant to the performance of the prefixes from which the health check originated.
You can overcome this by creating a performance group which contains all of your health-check addresses. Health-check traffic will then be treated separately from the rest of the traffic generated from the prefixes in which your health checks originate, and your reports will not be skewed by these irrelevant measurements.
