The smallest sample size for trend data obtained from the snapshot database will represent an hourly average.
Datapoints for prefixes in the trend-live group will represent 30-second averages (see Live-Data Trending elsewhere in this chapter).
Datapoints for graphs that show traffic load on your links represent averages over the span of time set by the polling usage interval command. The default polling usage interval is 30 seconds.
Datapoints for performance family data types are gathered at varying rates--some represent hourly averages obtained from the snapshot database, other datapoints represent averages over user-defined periods of time, and still other datapoints are 30-second averages.
