CNA implements a Syslog-based logging mechanism.
Avaya recommends that you export CNA log messages to an external Syslog host, using the logging command. Use the logging trap command to set the level of messages that are exported.
You should keep all messages at the warning level or higher in a separate file; levels lower than warning are more verbose and may cause the log file to roll over too rapidly.
An Avaya engineer may need to see this file in order to troubleshoot a support issue.
