Agents are receiving multiple simultaneous message calls 

Description

An agent can receive a new message call while already active on a message call if DEFINITY DAC administration is not correct for message calls.

The messaging software uses DACs for delivering retrieved or suspended message calls to specific agents. If a message DAC is not correctly administered for the messaging software, then you may encounter problems such as the one mentioned here.

Action

The Class of Restrictions (COR) on the switch should set the Direct Agent Calling field to �y� to treat these message calls as ACD calls. See Direct Agent Calling (DAC) (required) for more information.
