Administration prerequisites for messages
Prerequisites
Before you begin administration for the messaging software, ensure the following:

The ICM server and CentreVu Computer-Telephony server are installed, connected, and functioning on the LAN.

The ICM application is running.

A Web browser is available for administrative access.

You know the IP addresses for the ICM/CTI server.
