Administer system parameters for message calls 

Overview

The System Parameters Administration Web page allows administration for the ICM server domain name.

Access to the System Parameters Web page

To access the Web page that allows administration for the system, do the following:

  1. From the main administration Web page (http://{icm_server_name}/icmadmin ), click on the Administer Parameters for Message Care link.

    A framed interface appears.

  2. From the left frame, click on the System Parameters link located under the Default heading.

    The Message Care Administration Web page appears in the right frame.

The ICM Server Domain Name parameter is a required field. The value must be the full domain name or IP address of the server where the ICM application is executing.
