New message call already active 

Description

An agent's phone alerts the agent of an incoming message call. As the agent answers the message call, Message Care delivers a message stating that the message call is already active at that agent's station.

Action

In the Common Administration Web page, enter the following value in the Agent Alerting URL parameter: http://{server_name}/mcscript/mc_agentalert.asp

This problem can also occur if the Message Display URL is in a different domain than the Agent Idle URL�both URLs must be in the same domain.
