Administration prerequisites for Internet sessions
Important!
When you customize your contact center, you make modifications to the phrases.txt file, the attributes.txt file, and/or the template files (*su.txt, *cl.txt, *ap.txt) that the software installs to the Default folder. Because it is important to preserve the original state of these files, this folder is read-only. You must copy the contents of the Default folder and change the attributes of each file to read/write before you can create your own arena and modify the sample phrases, attributes, and templates. Prerequisites
Before you begin administration for the Internet session software, ensure the following:
The ITG, IP600, and/or DEFINITY IP Solutions Voice over IP (VoIP) gateway hardware is installed
ICM server and CentreVu Computer-Telephony server are installed, connected, and functioning on the LAN.
The ICM application and the servlet engine are running on the ICM server.
A Web browser is available for administrative access.
You know all relevant IP addresses.
