Uninstall the messaging software 

Procedure

To uninstall the messaging software, do the following:

  1. From the Control Panel, double click on the Add/Remove Programs icon.

  2. Click on the Lucent Message Care program (default name), and then select the Add/Remove... button.

  3. You may be asked if you want to remove shared files. Say Yes to all.
