Install New System Software

The INTUITY AUDIX LX is shipped from the factory with the latest software. If needed, you can install new software on a new machine or on an existing system to bring the system software up to the latest version.

  2. If you are installing on an existing system, verify that you have a backup of the system information. See Backing Up System Files (Attended) for more information.
  3. Obtain switch integration information or configuration notes before beginning the installation.
  4. Determine the following information for the INTUITY AUDIX LX, either through account worksheets or your project manager:
    • System name. The system name cannot exceed 7 characters if you plan to use Overlan (C-LAN) switch integration.
    • IP address, Domain, DNS. This must be provided by the customer.
