Correcting Diagnostic Failures

To correct diagnostic failures
for the Avaya INTUITY system:
- On the Test Packet
results page, click Cancel.
The system displays the Send
& Receive Test Packets From page.
- Verify that the IP
address you entered into the IP Address: field is correct:
- If it does not match, re-enter
the correct address and repeat the Transmitting
Test Packets procedure.
- If it matches, continue with
Step 3.
- Click Cancel
until you reach the TCP/IP Administration and Diagnostics page.
- Complete the procedure
Establishing Network Addresses.
- Continue with Attaching
the LAN Cable.
- Return to this procedure
after you have attached the LAN cable and attempt the test again. If the
test is successful, continue with Verifying the
IP Address for Remote Machines. If the test fails a second time, contact
your remote support center.
