Removing Software Packages

Software packages can be removed using the:

• Basic Software Removal Procedures. These procedures will remove high-level software packages and software sets.
• Advanced Software Removal Procedures. These procedures will enable you to remove any software package, even those contained within a software set.

Basic Software Removal Procedures

To remove a basic software packages:

1. Start at the Avaya Intuity Main Menu and select:

Software Management
	Software Removal

The system displays the Basic Software Removal Screen.

2. Use the UP and DOWN arrows to move the cursor.
3. Use the ENTER key to select a package for removal.
4. After you have selected all the packages you want to remove, use the DOWN arrow to scroll to the bottom of the screen.
5. Select:

Submit

Advanced Software Removal Procedures

To remove a basic software packages:

1. Start at the Avaya Intuity Main Menu and select:

Software Management
	Software Removal

The system displays the Basic Software Removal Screen.

2. Press ENTER to select Go to Advanced Removal Procedures.

The system displays the Advanced Software Removal Screen.

3. Use the UP and DOWN arrows to move the cursor.
4. Use the ENTER key to select a package for removal.
5. After you have selected all the packages you want to remove, use the DOWN arrow to scroll to the bottom of the screen.
6. Select:

Submit
