It is the LAN or System Administrator’s responsibility to provide and configure the LDAP server and the operating environment on which the Thin Client Directory will be installed.
The recommended server configuration is Red Hat for Linux 8.0 (or greater) software; this version facilitates optimal, automatic Thin Client Directory application installation. Other configurations (not recommended by Avaya) require HTTP/Apache 2.0 and PHP Version 4.2.0 (with Version 4.2.4 preferred).
