Message administration is a base feature.
About message administration
Messages provide information about the status of the system. These messages can be sent to a number of destinations, including a message log, based on priority and on the number of messages generated by the system in a specified period of time. You can also create a report that extracts information of interest from the message log.
With message administration, you can define the messages to be sent to different locations and the conditions under which these messages will be sent.
Software requirements
The message administration feature requires base software package.
Using this feature
Administer messages using Web Administration (Configuration Management > Message Administration).
