Failure to maintain adequate and up-to-date IR system backups is a common and costly mistake. The tours in this section show you how to complete and schedule backups.
Note:
If your company has a specialized application for completing backups, you may use it to back up your Avaya IR system and its files. You also may do backups by using Unix commands. This tour explains how to do backups using the Web Administration interface.
