Description
The VoIP subsystem is not processing calls because it cannot access the packet network (LAN).
Repair procedure
To resolve the problem:
- Check the Solaris network configuration on the Avaya IR system and make any required corrections.
- Check the network configuration on the MultiVantage system and make any required corrections.

- Make sure that the Avaya IR system and the MultiVantage system can access the network and communicate with each other.
- Contact your Avaya support representative, if necessary.
