Call Data Summary Report screen

Use this screen to set up and view a Call Data Summary Report.

Description

Hours

Specifies the hours for which you want report information.

Values: The valid range is 0-23, with 0 representing midnight and 23 representing 11 p.m. Choose all for the entire 24-hour period.

If you enter a range between 9 and 16, the system displays call data for calls made between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Service Name

The service name limits the report to a particular service (application).

The default is all to have the report display call data for all services.

Include Call Event Data

Specifies the inclusion of call event data in the report.

Values: yes, no

If call event data does exist for a particular record, the information appears immediately after the record entry on the report.

Date

Specifies the date to which you want to limit the report information.

Values: Use the format mm/dd/yyyy or mm/dd/yy for month, day, and year. If you do not specify a year, the system uses the current year.

Submit

Displays the Call Data Summary Report.

Reset

Sets fields to their default values.

Cancel

Displays the Call Data Handling Reports screen.
