The Interactive Response Base package includes the following:
The PRISM logging system is a general purpose message logger that is used on the Avaya IR system. The PRISM alerting system is an adjunct to the logging system that monitors the master log files. It implements thresholds, maintains active and retired alarms, and provides dial-out alarming capability.
Maintenance processes provide the ability to access the Avaya IR platform from a remote location and monitor system status and functions and perform administration, development, configuration, operating system tuning, and maintenance functions equivalent to a local console.
