
Obtaining a service pack
To obtain a service pack:
- From a Web browser, go to http://support.avaya.com.
- From the navigation menu (the area on the left of the browser window, under Technical Database), select Call Center/CRM.
- From the navigation menu, select Interactive Voice Response.
- From the navigation menu, select Interactive Response.
- From the main display area of the browser window, select Software Downloads under the R 1.2 subheading.
The browser displays a table listing the current software downloads.
- In the Software Downloads table, select the link for the service pack you want to download.
The browser displays information about the service pack, including instructions for downloading, installing, and uninstalling the service pack.
- Follow the download instructions, to copy the service pack file from the Web site.
