Packet-based call termination

When a caller hangs up, the DEFINITY or MultiVantage system sends a message to the VoIP subsystem, which notifies the voice response application to disconnect the call.

Additionally, voice response applications can terminate calls on VoIP channels based on conditions identified in the application, such as lack of response from the caller. A message is then sent to the DEFINITY or MultiVantage system to terminate the call.
