Incorrect system administration
Errors in IR system administration can cause problems with voice operations. Examples are:
- A service cannot be assigned to a channel, resulting in the service not functioning when calls come in.
- TCIP/IP connections between the IR system and a server might be set up incorrectly, so that required data is not available to callers.
