Description
This package includes additional software that is required to interface with ScanSoft's SpeechWorks RealSpeak Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine for VoiceXML and TAS applications. The package includes the RealSpeak 3.5.1 client software. This client software supports RealSpeak TTS version 3.5.1 server software. This package is dependent on the Speech Proxy package (AVsproxy) and the Proxy Text-To-Speech package (AVttsprxy).
Language support
RealSpeak TTS supports Unicode with UTF-16 encoding. Both VoiceXML and TAS applications work with all the languages available for RealSpeak, unless otherwise noted in the following list.
