To integrate the Avaya IR system with a database management system, you must download and install the JDBC driver for the database management system you intend to use.
The following drivers have been tested by Avaya:

While installing a Custom Type 4 JDBC driver, the JDBC driver.jar file needs to be located in /vs/java/jdbc/lib directory. To avoid confusion, all JDBC drivers can be placed in /vs/java/jdbc/lib directory. There are other drivers available on the market that you may download from the Internet or obtain with your database software. Although other drivers may work, they have not been tested by Avaya.
