You can use the client.rec.asrResource parameter, in the default.cfg file, to assign automatic allocation of an ASR resource for a call.
If this parameter has been assigned a value of 4, then it implies automatic allocation of an ASR resource for the call.
If this parameter has been assigned a value of -1 then it implies that automatic allocation of an ASR resource for the call has not been done.
